The tariff is provided to:
- pensioners (women from 50 years old, men from 55 years old);
- passengers aged up to and including 23 years;
- persons with disabilities and their companions;
- large families.
To be eligible for the special tariff, it is necessary to provide the following documents:
- a passport with registration in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug;
- if there is no registration – a certificate from the workplace stating that the citizen is currently working in the NAO on a non-shift basis;
- or a certificate of registration at the place of residence in the NAO.
For children under 14 years:
- a certificate of registration at the place of residence in the NAO;
- or a certificate of registration at the place of stay in the NAO;
- or a certificate from the educational institution or kindergarten located in the NAO, confirming that the child attends this institution.
Important! The registration must be valid on the date of departure of the aircraft specified in the ticket. For students, the document must confirm enrollment for the current year.
Passengers can take advantage of subsidized tariffs by presenting documents confirming their belonging to one of the passenger categories.
The number of seats available at subsidized tariffs is limited on each flight.
Tickets at subsidized tariffs can be purchased at the airline's own sales offices, as well as at some travel agencies (please check the list of agencies with Smartavia's call center).
With subsidized tariffs, one piece of luggage up to 23 kg and hand luggage up to 10 kg can be transported free of charge.
